Petrach’s Bath

Named after the Italian poet Francesco Petrarch (1304-1374) the concept design for the ‘sit bath’ draws on the story of Petrarch – who is known to have conceptualised the idea of a historical ‘Dark Ages’ and is credited with inspiring the humanist philosophy, which led to the intellectual flowering of the Renaissance.
